The Executive Committee of the LCDA, at the January 10, 2019 meeting, gave preliminary approval to three (3) projects for a total of Not to Exceed $60,000,000 in bonds.
The three projects were as follows:
(1) ULM Student Housing LLC Project, Series 2019 – $34,000,000
(2) City of Crowley, Louisiana Public Improvement Bonds, Series 2019 – $20,000,000
(3) City of Lake Charles, Louisiana Civic Center Project, Series 2019 – $6,000,000
The approvals provide the Borrowers and Bond Professionals the opportunity to submit and present the projects to the Louisiana State Bond Commission
for approval before coming back to the LCDA for final approval and issuance.
